Speakia is a child-friendly speaking app designed for primary-aged learners to build confidence and fluency in English—step by step. Through short, interactive missions based on real-life topics, children get the chance to speak out, practice naturally, and hear their progress. 
Used in classrooms and at home, Speakia supports the school curriculum with regular, structured speaking practice.

What your child will experience

Each mission follows a simple path: your child learns useful words, practices putting them into full sentences, and then uses those sentences in a conversation. Guided by friendly characters, they build skills step by step—speaking out loud as they go. All content is safe, age-appropriate, and designed to support real communication.

Step 1: Use the Login Info from School

You should have received login details from your child’s teacher or school. These will include:

  • A school ID

  • Your child's username and password

Step 2: Choose How to Log In

You can log your child in using a phone, tablet, or web browser on a computer. Just use the same school ID, username and password provided by your child’s school.

 

Option 1: On a phone or tablet

  • Download the Speakia School app (purple icon) from the App Store or Google Play

  • Open the app and enter the School ID, username, and password provided by your child’s school

Option 2: On a computer

  • Click the Launch Speakia button at the top of this website to open the web app

  • Enter the same username and password to log in and begin
