How the Trial Membership Works

The Trial Membership is designed to give tutors meaningful real-world implementation experience before moving into a full annual Tutor Membership.

You can:

• manage students through the dashboard
• assign speaking practice activities
• monitor learner progress
• use Speakia within lessons and for guided home learning

Student seats are flexible during the trial period. If one student stops learning with you and another joins, you can reassign the seat to a new student account.

Additional Support During the Trial

The Trial Membership also includes access to a structured onboarding course designed to help tutors understand the platform, set up students, organise assignments, and begin implementing Speakia confidently within real teaching contexts.

This onboarding support is intended to reduce implementation friction and help tutors get meaningful practical experience during the trial period.

Who This Is For

Tutor Trial Membership is best suited to tutors who:

• want to test the full Speakia workflow before committing annually
• want experience using the dashboard and assignment tools
• are considering moving toward a more structured homework and progress-tracking system
• want to evaluate how Speakia fits within their real teaching context

The Trial Membership is:

• a temporary onboarding and evaluation pathway
• designed for real implementation with students
• intended to help tutors assess operational fit before committing annually

The Trial Membership is not intended as a long-term operating tier and cannot be repeatedly repurchased.

If you later move to a full Tutor Membership plan, your trial payment can be credited toward your membership.

What Happens After the Trial?

At the end of the 3-month period, you can:

• move into Solo Tutor Membership
• upgrade to a Studio Tutor Membership capacity that fits your student numbers
• or choose not to continue

There is no obligation to move forward after the trial period.
